Section Leader - Ken Fitzgerald
Ken has been a member of the North East Essex badger group for a number of years. He says that as well as doing some very useful work in support of badgers, it is also important to retain a fun aspect!
He has always had a keen interest in wildlife, and can be described as being very passionate about the protection of badgers in particular.
His other interests include photography, microscopy and motor racing (now only as a spectator!).
He maintains that you meet a nicer kind of person in a badger support group, with volunteers all doing their best without thought of personal gain. If everybody did a little bit, then the world would be a much better place!
